Nigeria Seeks Afreximbank’s Support

Nigerian Vice-President Namadi Sambo has urged the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) to support Nigeria’s economic development by enhancing the Bank’s activities, particularly in the areas of agricultural and development financing.

Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, the official sponsors of the Super Eagles, has set a new world record as it unveiled the largest football (Super Eagles’) jersey in the world in front of excited football fans at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Surulere.

Dangote crashes sugar price by 25%

Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc (DSR) has announced a 25% reduction in the price of its product, in response to the price of sugar at the international commodity market.

With the new price regime, Dangote Sugar crashed the price of its 50kg bag from ₦8, 900 to ₦6, 660.

The Managing Director of the company, Abdullahi Sule, attributed the development to the recent reduction in the price of raw sugar at the international market.
