Flour Mills Completes ₦200m CSR Projects

As part of its social and economic responsibilities to its host community, Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc has concluded the last phase of its development project for its host community.

The company, through the commissioning of the rehabilitated United Christian Primary and Nursery school, Apapa, noted that it has committed ₦60 million in the promotion of educational and manpower development across the country.

Speaking during the commissioning of the rehabilitated school, Group Managing Director, Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, Emmanuel Ukpabi said the project, which is part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), is in part fulfillment of promises made during its Golden Anniversary celebration in 2010. Ukpabi explained that the company had expended over ₦200 million in the execution of three key projects aimed at improving Apapa community and the welfare of its people.
